WAYNE JOWER, D.P.M., LAc.
		Wayne is a podiatrist, licensed acupuncturist and herbologist. He obtained his DPM degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1976 and his Master of Sciences degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2000 from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco.

Wayne took the Helms Medical Institute/UCLA Medical Acupuncture course in 1992 and started teaching as a preceptor with the course in 1998. He also taught at the ACTCM School in San Francisco from 1999 to 2005. Presently, he is teaching Fundamentals of Chinese Medicine at Five Branches TCM School in San Jose, California. Wayne maintains a private practice in podiatry in Foster City, California, where he practices non-surgical podiatric medicine and acupuncture.

Wayne's hobbies and extracurricular activities include Tai Chi Chuan, tap and belly dancing, playing the trumpet, and singing with various music groups in his church.
