Richard
Zweig trained in internal medicine and rheumatology at
UCSF and is board certified in both specialities. He has
practiced internal medicine and rheumatology at Kaiser,
Santa Rosa since 1982, serving as Chief of Medicine from
1988 to 1993.
He finished the HMI/UCLA medical acupuncture program in
1994, and has been teaching in the program since 1995.
He finds acupuncture to be intellectually stimulating
and therapeutically effective for the physical and spiritual
afflictions caused by the arthridites. |
Richard
is married to Loretta Zweig, M.D. and they have three strapping
sons. He enjoys hiking, gardening, bird watching, and baseball.
