(*Note: The ITO pathway will have additional training sessions on Tuesday, 27 March.)
Clinical 1: 22 - 26 June 2012 in Potomac, Maryland
Clinical 2: 19 - 23 September 2012 in Potomac, Maryland
There are home study requirements before the introductory weekend and between each of the clinical units.
Participants must attend all three five-day units in sequence to complete the course.
